Easy peasy japanesey! (Shawshank Redemption). In the body of the email make sure that the link looks like this: "www.jimzcom.com". If you copy and paste from the address bar you'll have the "http://" , like this: "http://www.jimzcom.com" starting it and it won't work right. This is the most common problem with sending a link in a email. And of course it's important to know that the " " quotation marks are there for instructional purposes and don't belong in a link.
TEST:
www.jimzcom.com - Highlight this text and copy then paste in the body of an email and it should work.
http://www.jimzcom.com - copying this and pasting should not work unless you manually remove the http:// part of it.
